LM393是高增益、寬(kuan)頻帶(dai)器(qi)件,像大多(duo)數比較(jiao)器(qi)一(yi)樣,如果(guo)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端到(dao)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)端有寄生(sheng)(sheng)電容(rong)而產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)耦(ou)合,則很容(rong)易產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)振蕩(dang)(dang)(dang)這種現象僅僅出(chu)(chu)現在當(dang)(dang)比較(jiao)器(qi)改變狀態時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電壓過(guo)渡(du)的(de)間(jian)隙。電源加旁路濾(lv)波并(bing)(bing)不(bu)能解決這個問(wen)題(ti),標準PC板的(de)設計對減小(xiao)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)一(yi)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)寄生(sheng)(sheng)電容(rong)耦(ou)合是有助的(de)。減小(xiao)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)電阻至小(xiao)于(yu)10KΩ將減小(xiao)反饋信號,而且增加甚至很小(xiao)的(de)正反饋量(滯(zhi)回(hui)1.0~10mV)能導致快速轉(zhuan)換,使得不(bu)可能產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)由于(yu)寄生(sheng)(sheng)電容(rong)引(yin)起的(de)振蕩(dang)(dang)(dang)。除非利用(yong)滯(zhi)后,否則直接(jie)插入(ru)(ru)IC并(bing)(bing)在引(yin)腳上加上電阻將引(yin)起輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)-輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)在很短的(de)轉(zhuan)換周期內振蕩(dang)(dang)(dang),如果(guo)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)信號是脈沖波形,并(bing)(bing)且上升和(he)下(xia)降時(shi)間(jian)相當(dang)(dang)快,則滯(zhi)回(hui)將不(bu)需(xu)要。比較(jiao)器(qi)的(de)所有沒有用(yong)的(de)引(yin)腳必須接(jie)地(di)。
